What is Coaching?

As professional coaches we partner with clients to produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. We help people improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives. We are trained to listen, to observe and to customize our approach to meet individual client needs. We bring coaching expertise and business expertise to help find solutions, solve problems and make things happen. 

Our Approach

Our approach to business and leadership coaching is to help you shine the light on new possibilities and take AIM at your success. Those who feel they are always on top of things will benefit from taking time to reflect and those who feel they are always behind will benefit from identifying priorities. All clients benefit from the opportunity to decide what they want, realize the importance and impact it will have on their life and then consciously choose their actions.

We'll design a coaching relationship that is unique to your needs. Through regular, targeted coaching sessions we will help you look outside the usual places for insights and take action towards your next AIM.

Our coaching process:

  1. Interview and assess.

    • Initial intake meetings.
    • Behavioural assessments (e.g. Myers Briggs).
    • 360° feedback interviews and summary report.
  2. Establish coaching objectives. 

    • Develop stretch coaching objectives based on assessment and interviews. 
  3. Targeted coaching sessions.

    • Regular coaching calls to provide insight, work through opportunities and challenges and change perspectives.
    • Actions and accountability to achieve objectives.
    • In person or over the phone.
  4. Review and assess. Achieve objectives! 

    • Review progress against objectives, update objectives as needed. 

Time Commitment: We request a commitment of 3 - 6 months to start as it can take this much time (or more) to start to change behaviours and gain the benefits of coaching.
